Miyamoto Shuzouten, established in 1876, is a small-scale brewery which distills high quality and genuine sake and shochu using the much-valued traditional techniques. Our ingredients, such as rice are selected carefully and ordered only from our contracted local farmers. As for water, we use the same one that is used to grow rice.

This Junmai Ginjo is made from sake rice called Gohyakumangoku. It is floral and herbal on the nose with hints of apple and cherry on the palate; lightly spicy with a dry finish.
It is best served chilled. It complements Sushi, seafood and poultry.

This Junmai Ginjo Silver is made from sake rice called Gohyakumangoku. It has a delicate floral bouquet on the nose and hints of strawberry and apricot on the palate with a nutty finish.
It is best served chilled or room temperature. It complements fresh seafood and meat.

This Junmai Daiginjo Gold is made from two types of sake rice;Yamadanishiki and gohyakumangoku. it gives a bright, delicate and citrusy bouquet on the nose with hints of red berry on the palate; earthy and dry finish.
It is best served chilled or room temperature. It complements meat, fish and spicy food.
